Thoughtfully crafted, this property blends contemporary design with natural beauty for a perfect year-round retreat. Located near the Cuyuna Range, it’s ideal for outdoor adventures or a peaceful escape, offering an unforgettable experience in any season.

In our 420-sq. ft. tiny home, every inch is thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. It includes two cozy bedrooms with queen beds, a stylish bathroom with a custom tiled shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette for light meals. A multifunction space serves as both a private office and laundry room. Outside, a large covered patio with lounge and dining areas wraps around to an outdoor hot tub, offering a seamless connection to nature. A 10-ft wide bifold door extends your living space, creating the perfect blend of relaxation and practicality.

Amenities
During your stay, enjoy a range of amenities designed for comfort and relaxation. Outdoors, unwind in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, relax in the covered seating area, or take in the breathtaking view from the Mississippi River overlook.
Sleeping
Each bed features four plush pillows—two down and two memory foam—paired with a queen sized down comforter and a soft duvet. Extra throw blankets add an extra layer or comfort. For a peaceful night’s sleep, each bedroom also includes a white noise machine.
Outdoor Fun
We’ve got you covered for outdoor fun with s’more sticks and firewood for the fire pit, binoculars for spotting wildlife, and snowshoes to help you explore on snowy winter days.
Kitchen
The kitchen is complete with freshly ground local coffee, a drip coffee maker, Chemex, cream, sugar, tea, salt, pepper, oil, and an electric kettle. For your convenience, it includes a refrigerator, freezer, single-burner induction cooktop, gas grill with utensils, and an air fryer/toaster. You’ll also find all the essentials like pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, knives, and more.

Our cabin offers high-speed fiber internet with 250 Mbps upload and download speeds. But to fully enjoy the BirchBox experience, we recommend unplugging and soaking in the beauty of nature.
Bath
Fully stocked with bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and dedicated hot tub towels, plus Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Please note that while we love our furry friends, pets are currently not permitted in or on the property.
Wildlife and Environment:
The cabin is situated in a wooded area in Minnesota, which means you may encounter various types of wildlife, including bears, deer, foxes, raccoons, snapping turtles, ants, mosquitoes, spiders, wood ticks, deer ticks, bees, and wasps.
Guests are advised not to feed any wildlife on the property.
You will be responsible for maintaining the property to prevent attracting wildlife, which includes properly disposing of trash and storing food securely.
Though the cabin is treated seasonally for pests, it is important to keep the cabin doors closed to minimize the entry of bugs.
Liability and Rental Agreement:
Guests are required to sign a liability waiver and rental agreement acknowledging the natural risks associated with the property and its surroundings.
Space and Amenities:
The BirchBox Container is a cozy tiny house with a total space of 420 sq ft. It's designed for guests who appreciate a compact, intimate living space.
Check-in Process:
We offer a self check-in and check-out process for your convenience and flexibility.

While we love our furry friends, pets are currently not permitted in or on the property. If this policy is violated, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 4pm CST fourteen (14) days prior to the Check-in Date. Any cancellation request must be communicated by email to hello@birchboxcontainer.com. After 4PM CST 14 days before the check-in date, all amounts paid to the host are non-refundable, regardless of reason for cancellation; including inclement weather.

The maximum number of people that may stay overnight at the Property is limited to four (4) people. Individuals must be 21 years of age to book this Property. Adults cannot book this Property on behalf of underage guests, no exception.
While infants and children are allowed, guests understand that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” the Property.
